Yes. Your access token is stored in an httpOnly cookie, meaning it is never accessible to JavaScript, only sent over HTTPS, and cannot be stolen by browser extensions or ads. You can revoke access at any time from pathofexile.com/my-account/applications.

Why can't I refresh my net worth constantly?

GGG enforces strict API rate limits to protect their servers. The 30-second cooldown on the refresh button keeps Exiled Tools well within GGG's policy. Each stash tab is a separate API request, so a 10-tab refresh uses 10 requests against the limit.
